In this class, you will learn to make your own béchamel white sauce and use it in 2 different dishes.
Vol au vent uses a puff pastry cylinder stuffed with béchamel, ham and mushrooms. Croque Monsieur is a classic French lunch fare composed of bread stuffed with béchamel ham and cheese and grilled in the oven until crispy. You will make a salade Niçoise to accompany them.
