About the event
In this class, you will learn to make a versatile pastry crust. From one crust recipe, we’ll make 3 different dishes (2 savory and one sweet).
We’ll start with a quiche lorraine (eggs, cheese and bacon) followed by a provençal pissaladière (caramelized onion and olives) and we finish with the famous tarte tatin (caramelized turn over apple tart)
